Damages and defects
Report issues by email to [email protected] with a photo and the exact yardage affected.
We don't accept damage claims below 5% of the order quantity — minor selvage and roll-end variation is normal and already reflected in wholesale pricing.
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or a credit to your account (wholesale credits go to your account rather than a gift card).
Report defects within 30 days of delivery, with a photo and the exact yardage affected.
What's expected (not a defect): about an inch of selvage on each edge, minor flaws at the beginning and end of rolls, and light shedding for the first few washes. See "What's normal."
Returns. Wholesale returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee, and are issued as account credit (not a refund). Items must be new, unwashed, odorless, and in the original packaging, and you cover return shipping. See "Return policy" for the shared rules.
Restocks
We restock online weekly on Fridays.
For wholesale, watch for our Friday emails asking you to confirm your "ready to ship" items — we won't proceed with your order until you confirm, by phone or email.
Depending on the fabric, a full restock can take 2–5 months. If something you love is in stock, we encourage you to stock up.
Faux fur and items marked "being discontinued" won't be restocked until further notice.

Stock check: if an item is sold out online, it's sold out for wholesale too. If it shows online, sometimes that's only a small retail quantity — email [email protected] for an accurate wholesale amount.
