Order processing times

How long it takes us to process your order before it ships.

Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order before it ships — separate from shipping transit time.

Orders placed on the website (retail):

  1. Confirmation. You'll get an order confirmation email right away. Don't see it? Let us know and we'll resend.

  2. Processing. Allow up to 3 business days to process. Business days exclude Friday–Sunday and holidays.

  3. Tracking. Once processed, you'll get a tracking email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to start updating.

Orders placed by phone or email (often wholesale):

  1. You'll receive a confirmation sales order for your records (this is not the invoice). Allow 1–3 business days.

  2. Payment processing takes about 1–3 business days, then the order is queued for picking and packing.

  3. Packing typically takes 3–10 days, and during busy times of year can take up to 15 days. We ship as fast as we can.

  4. When it's ready, you'll get tracking (if applicable) and your invoice.
