Wholesale orders ship from our LA warehouse, so there's no overseas wait. You have a few options:
Ship with us. Shipping is based on destination, size, volume, and total weight. For phone/email orders we can't quote an exact shipping cost until the order is packed and weighed.
Use your own shipping account. Wholesale customers can ship on their own courier account. If you didn't set this up when your account was created, email [email protected] with your full name, company name, and courier account details.
Same-day LA pickup. Local? Pick up at our Fashion District location and skip shipping entirely. Order early enough in the day for us to pick and pack it.
No free shipping on wholesale. The $500 free-shipping offer is for retail orders only. Wholesale shipping is always calculated by destination, size, and weight — or you can ship on your own courier account.
Processing and timing. Wholesale orders placed by phone/email are queued for picking after payment; packing typically takes 3–10 days, and up to 15 during peak periods. See "Order processing times" for the full breakdown.
