Usually eligible to cancel
Orders placed after 5pm PST, if you request cancellation by 9am PST the next business day — these are approved automatically.
Website (Shopify) orders not yet processed — refunds are approved; allow 1–3 business days to see it back in your account.
Orders that are processed but not yet packed or picked — we issue a credit for a future purchase rather than a refund.
Backordered or out-of-stock items.
Not eligible to cancel
Orders already packed and ready to ship or pick up.
Custom orders (custom printing and custom Snuggle runs).
For delivery orders that can't be cancelled, we're happy to provide store credit for next time.

Allow 1–3 business days for a response. Please note a 15% restocking fee may apply.
