Cancelling an order

When an order can be cancelled and how to request it.

Need to cancel? Whether we can depends on how far along your order is. Reach out as soon as possible.

Usually eligible to cancel

  • Orders placed after 5pm PST, if you request cancellation by 9am PST the next business day — these are approved automatically.

  • Website (Shopify) orders not yet processed — refunds are approved; allow 1–3 business days to see it back in your account.

  • Orders that are processed but not yet packed or picked — we issue a credit for a future purchase rather than a refund.

  • Backordered or out-of-stock items.

Not eligible to cancel

  • Orders already packed and ready to ship or pick up.

  • Custom orders (custom printing and custom Snuggle runs).

For delivery orders that can't be cancelled, we're happy to provide store credit for next time.

How to request a cancellation

Email [email protected] with:

  • Full name on the order

  • Order number

  • Company name (if applicable)

  • The items you'd like to cancel

Allow 1–3 business days for a response. Please note a 15% restocking fee may apply.
