A few important things to know before you order internationally:
Transit time. International orders arrive within 2–14 weeks, depending mostly on how quickly your country's customs office processes the package.
Duties, taxes, and fees are your responsibility. EZ Fabric is not responsible for any customs restrictions, duties, taxes, or other fees charged by your country, and we don't cover or pre-collect them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering so there are no surprises.
Customs number. We include a customs number with every international package, which helps with tracking and any customs inquiries.
Lost international packages. If a package goes missing, contact your local customs office first — they can trace it using the customs number we provide.
